Using the critical path model to assess dependencies between tasks and forecast negative events that could occur with a risk analysis matrix.

This knowledge is important because while agile is an approach to problem solving, design thinking is an approach to problem finding. Meaning, solving the right problem. This combination enables me to unlock high degree of empathy and at the same time, sprint towards the iterative process of developing new ideas, challenging assumptions with the goal of identifying solutions that might not be apparent.
