I realized it the hard way from my past experience. Wisdom is the capacity for holistic & systemic thinking in recognizing patterns of a bigger picture.
It is my utmost priority to look for wisdom in a leader. A wise leader empowers, envision and enlighten. Not enforce, engulf, or entitle.
Fundamental
This is my problem solving methodology and troubleshooting strategy. The only constant in the world is change. Undeniably, change is uncertain.
It helps with focus and decision making.
Perspectives
This is about being a human to another person. It is about being empathetic. This requires authentic curiosity in the environment around us.
The lack of perspectives is why we have zero sum game in the non-mathematical context. Perspectives help me to always develop win-win-win deals.
In my pure naivety,
I would like to believe the old-era Wall Street has evolved.
